                          Project architect for two retail gift shops, 280 s.f. each, located in the

                          Equitable Building. Design, working drawings, and construction supervision

                          on accelerated schedule to meet centennial deadline for the cathedral.        

                          Construction cost $980,000.00, completed 1986.

 

                      FOURTH AVENUE THEATER RENOVATION

                      Anchorage, Alaska

                          Project architect responsible for renovation of a 9000 s.f. landmark movie    

                          theater into a performing arts theater. Construction cost $1,500,000.00,  

                          completed 1985.

 

                     Team Architect responsibilities:

 

                     BEST PRODUCTS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

                     Richmond, Virginia

                          Design, design development and contract documents for a 135,000 s.f.  

                          office building. Specifically responsible for exterior and curtain wall  

                          detailing.

                           Team architect for design of a new ferry terminal, hotel, and office tower  

                           at the southern tip of Manhattan.
